Thanks... Is it a public syndicate?

I think the ts.com chances of a profit come down to hitting that single in the last so that they would have it twice plus numerous 5 of 6 consos.

matt , the major syndicate $$$ would have been in on sunday , if you don't think it wouldn't have been in you are dead wrong

the little guy who could only played on sunday got screwed if he is working today and can't get down a play

If you can't get a play down with this much lead in time you are too stupid to play the pick 6. A guy in prison could get down nowdays.

the guy that plays sat and sun only , got shut out for 1 day , whether he plays win , place , show , ex's tri's dd's or picks , he is a customer and got shut out

to think that the syndicates who make up the majority of the $4mm in the pick 6 pool wouldn't have been in on sunday is downright ludicrous

To think that people HAVE to bet on a NYRA dark Sunday is ludicrous. There is so much access and so many outlets to bet on daily that thinking missing one Sunday is a tragic occurence means that you are either needing to check yourself in for some help or listening to really bad opinions on industry topics or both. Please give up this pointless crusade.

So much for ts.com not making a profit, the payoffs are way higher than I anticipated. Looks like they make between 300-900K pretax unless the 4 or 6 hit for the carryover worse the 9

channing hill is gonna fall off the 12 out of the gate.

Well, I look at it the other way, they spent a **** load of money (60k) to be alive to essentially a 10/1. I get the the large quantity of money, and I wouldn't throw it away, but there are people that spent $400-$800 that are alive right now.

Give 25% of the people on this board 60k and they would be alive also. They just got lucky getting a Gyarmanti jump up

4 all the way baby

I agree with you totally, I was just surprised that the payoffs were so large with only the one longshot in the mix as you wouldnt have had to spread very wide in the other races to most likely have the winners.

They all get a w-2, TS.com fills out this specific form on it. I'll find out what it is called, I can't remember but i looked it up before. Partnership tax form or something

nt wanted an answer that's all chuck i'm done just like the red sox

ndjake 06-09-2010 03:37 PM

They give you a w2-g for your pro rata share of the taxes so even a small guy who only put $10 into the pool would get a net amount after taxes are withheld on his share of the winnings.
