Totally crazy. I just tracked down that payoff. It was "Bonita Sonador" in race 7 on the first day of the contest, Jan 1. An MSW. The winner went off at 58.90-1 in an 8-horse race, and the next highest odds were only 13.50-1. I can only imagine (not having them) what the PP's must look like.

How does someone pick a horse like that in a Winvivor contest?! The person is still alive in the contest two days later. I wonder what odds those next winning picks went off at!

She barely got 3rd...whew that one gave me a heart attack

I'm still in showvivor, but got booted from winvivor. Had the place horse in the 3rd.

Im in still, that horse in race 1 was a giant trap. 23 opening quarter last time, if needed to run early I thought he would fold.

I got word from Santa Anita, I am 3-5 chalk to win this thing.

I wanted to use this race, but did not trust any of them. I have made my Baffert love clear around here, but 5 of these can win, that means 5 can run good, I thought it was way to risky.

The other I wanted to consider was the 1st, but I try to avoid maiden races whenever possible in these contests. I know it's risky, but when BB's have good works like this one, they're ready to run.

I'm the opposite. I think cheap maiden claimers eliminate a lot of variables since half the field cannot outrun a cow.

I think in the 1st race tomorrow...only 2 horses can win
