Rachel Alexandra's two away and would seemingly be 1-20 to join this list provided she stays healthy.

Hurdle races don't count. You can't bet on them ... and when you do you regret you did.

Actually I guess I should've said she was that far away from having 16, too.

Rachel's a shoo-in if healthy.

Just found it crazy how close Megahertz came to having 10, let alone many many more.

I got her at 8, the Sunshine Millions didn't count. But regardless yeah no one seemed to like her.

Trivia Question 3.

There have been six different horses to win 3 or more Graded Stakes in North America on a synthetic track AND have never been defeated in a graded stake on a synthetic track.

Four of the six run on Breeders Cup Day:

Zenyatta (10 for 10)

Informed Decision (5 for 5)

Zensational (3 for 3)

Looking at Lucky (3-for-3)

Name the other two.

One is pretty easy ... I will be surprised if the other is got quickly.

The Indomitable DrugS 11-03-2009 12:30 PM

Check the edit.

I meant never defeated in a graded stake on a synthetic track.

This is what it read. A Grade II event open to fillies and Mares, age three and older, it is contested on dirt over a distance of seven furlongs.

Lost twice on synthetic.

Oops, I misunderstood -- Pamplemousse hasn't won enough, but hasn't been defeated in a graded stakes race.

I missed that part, I thought it was undefeated entirely on it.

I'm pretty shocked one has yet to be named. She would certainly rate as the 2nd best female synthetic router of all-time. The other one is impossible.

Yep for Noshaba's Key. The other one is Dearest Trickski. She was 3-for-3 in Graded Stakes on synthetic ... she also won a Sunshine Million sprint race on synthetic - though that wasn't graded. The Filly and Mare Sprint was not graded last year.. she was crushed in that.

She was once claimed for 10K, 12.5K, and 32K.
