Just be sure you quote what I actually said, not what you hear the little voices in your head say ;)

From what I've read off the CNN article, it sounds like Palin is a little delusional and grandiose. It's kind of frightening that she has so many supporters in this country.

Don't you think she should of told her kids that her baby was gunna be born with "special needs?" To just let them learn that by looking(at the baby) is so odd. As far as that goes, how could the husband not tell them? If that seems unrelated to politics, then I disagree. I think it shows someone who doesn't want to admit a problem, and is an example of someone who would probably cover something up(if they thought they could possibly get away with it.)

I think the publication last week of her e-mails with Steve Schmidt during the campaign, where she wants to lie about her husbands involvement with the successionist Alaskan Independent Party - and Schmidt has to tell her twice they will not publish that lie - shows Palin for what she is.

She has no business in politics. She obviously can't handle it, and has no strengths there. Someone mentioned she could make a career by being a Pat Buchanan, a political commentator that rallies her small ultra-conservative religious base, or she could do a show like Hannity or Rush. That's exactly where she would fit. She seems to crave celebrity, not politics.

Now I am not so sure - I wasn't a huge Palin fan - but the way the country is going..right in the sh^tter in world political weakness and the economy tanking - she might be just what we need!

hummm............. Palin in 2012

I'll know it's right when my friend GBBOB jumps on-board :$:

most presidential campaigns don't start out with the candidate announcing, "i quit."

she was never a serious presidential candidate anyway.

but i think you nailed it, riot. she wants to be a gadfly right wing celebrity and not deal with serious policy issues. she'll be able to throw bombs and ignore the consequences.

she'll be one more commisar of ideological purity for the far right to keep republicans on the straight and narrow path to irrelevancy.

Exactly, and she can indeed make millions doing so. She's already accepted a speech in the lower 48 at a woman's group next month $$$.

And she won't have to know pesky "facts", like what Bush's foreign policy was based upon, or that Africa isn't one country

pretty damn good for a woman in your words, "This woman is not very bright, has little to no understanding of national issues, hasn't done diddley in Alaska or Wasilla, plays politics like a jealous junior-high school girl, and quits when she's unhappy. And can't string a coherent sentence together.”

or was that voices in my head again?

Not quite a Jesse Jackson, Jimmy Carter or Al Sharpton but then again she's displayed no signs of Anti Semitism. Guess that only comes with DEEP understanding in a deep shiat kind of way.

Yes. I think she'd fit right in, and she'll make tons of money doing this.

She covered it up. She new the baby was gunna be that way, and didn't let the kids know. I mean, I know white trash(and white trash adjacent) often love surprises, but WOW! Wouldn't you want to cushion the blow as much as possible? How is this considered normal, or the actions of someone who should be in control of other people?
