Can't remember the name, but the colt (or filly) that set the 4.5 furlong record last year at Keeneland sticks out in my mind. I was impressed by that one.

One's I remember from the track.. all from Saratoga of course..
Maimonides was impressive in his maiden win at Saratoga, as was Indian Blessing. There was a horse like 4-6 years ago who was really impressive at Saratoga I just cant think if the name. For some reason Zarkava comes to mind but I know its not him.... I give up. |

Kodiak Kowboy
Not certain on speed, but seem to remember it looking incredibly professional for a two year old.

Anything English Channel did must have been good. Also thinking Shakespeare was impressive.

Medaglia D'oro
|
Medaglia d'Oro. Broke poorly from the outside (10 hole, I believe) going 6 panels and rushed up. Won by daylight.
|
He didn't even win his debut.
He was 2nd at Turfway. |
He probably beat nothing, but Lost in the Fog had an impressive debut.

The horse that won at GP on turf trained by Mott and ridden by Garcia was probably the best Mdn win I remember this year. Name anyone?
