He's so smooth he's still flying even when he's geared down, despite running sideways at the end of the 100 he wasn't losing any ground. So how relaxed he looks makes it appear that he can do a lot more (like a horse in a hand ride). I think he can go 19.50 but I think 19.32 is out of reach.

could be a lot of reasons...most of the attention went to Phelps, all the track attention went to Bolt/Gay/Powell, but more likely, Wariner is pretty boring and lacks personality.
