Because it is true.

Maybe nobody should have opinions except for you self-proclaimed "experts".

Actually, I'm not self-proclaimed....but loved the whine nonetheless.

Here's some news for you.....there are all kinds of sharp bettors and every pool probably contains at least one. I highly doubt you are in any kind of position to make the blanket statement that " no sharp bettor " would be involved in ANY pool.

Even the place pool at SunRey Park?

You should really be more specific if you must converse with Casino Drive's 2nd biggest fan on the Internet.

I have been controlling the show pool at Presque. Don't tell Bobby Fisher.

There are some sharp players in some of the smaller tracks
Well, somebody's been dumping smart money in @ presque isle with less than a minute to go. Whenever you see disproportionate amount of late money on the 2nd or 3rd choice, you know something is up. Someone bet $80 late into the PI show pool the other day and the horse had gotten no love for the whole time the pool was open. Somebody over there has inside info.

EDIT- didn't see STS post above
OMG

The inclusion of the word " probably " was key.

no it could be 20 guys n gals betting 4 bucks.

, but you have to allow for the caricature of Fischer. He would think of $80 as huge late cash.
