Some people wouldn't know a joke if it walked up to them and slapped them silly.
Am I right to assume that every time you've ever heard a knock-knock joke, you have gotten up in the middle of it and answered your front door?

People have short memories. Bernardini was being showered with "one for the ages" accolades, too, similar to what we're hearing about Big Brown now. Thankfully Bernardini ran in the Breeder's Cup. We probably won't have that luxury with Big Brown.

i agree with you 100% . you were joking about bernardini earlier. the whole list has only 2 that are worth a vote. man o'war or secretariat. with curlin approaching them , maybe. but as i said in previous post man of war was 20 for 21. these horses can't even sustain a career like this. its rare for them to even get 20 starts. which points to the whole breeding/drug mess!

You may be involved with the next poll with that remark

Some of you folks need to take a big step back and lighten up...and the author of this thread needs to add Straight Man to the list.

Well I will say that I thought there were some smart people on this board, but to leave off a horse that is clearly above and beyond those nags listed, I mean come on, those horses couldnt carry The Green Monkeys bridle for goodness sakes !!!! come on guys get it together......

paisjpq 05-26-2008 09:56 AM

tapit....no contest.

Cannon Shell 05-26-2008 11:01 AM

ONLY 45 Minutes left to get your vote in!!!

horseofcourse 05-26-2008 11:03 AM

Please vote people. I give you the fact that Funny Cide does have a win at Finger Lakes under his belt. For him to only be tied with Big Brown at this point is disgraceful.

YES!! I mean c'mon..you aren't a legend until you've won the Wadsworth Memorial!

Cannon Shell 05-26-2008 02:13 PM

The people have spoken. Secretariat was an easy winner with man O war running second. Tapit was a clear third.
