my grandfather used to tell my dad and uncle's when they were young, "No speaka da italian. you in america, speaka da english.":rolleyes:

My mother's family left Cuba in the 1900's went to Puerto Rico, relocated to USA in the 40's and my sibs and me speak Spanish very poorly.

But I can say Feliz Navidad and Anos Nuevo...
