WHOO HOO to the first! YUCK to the 2nd.

I have a show on Sunday which means I will feed the seven horses in Buck's barn (he lives in the barn next door to the one I ride at) and then come back and start feeding the twenty or so in the other barn. Gotta bring some in from being outside in their paddocks, etc... It is better than cleaning stalls though so I can't complain.

Dressage/Jumping show like last month. Buck and I have been working on our "impulsion" in the free walk. We shall see.

I hope they let you show him. That sounds like a good deal to me. You are basically giving them the exposure or advertising of the horse at the show so they should love the fact that you are showing him.

Yeah, I hope it happens. He's a nice horse too, Buffy. He's 18 hands! Big ole chesnut with a small white star on his head. I'll try and get some pictures of him this weekend. I wish I had the kind of money that they want for him ($35,000.) LOL

$35,000? I guess that is about right for a horse of that quality. I have seen them go for much higher than that too. 18 hands? OH BIG BOY! I am not that into showing that I would spend that kind of money on a horse. I am more into the backyard type horse for a few grand. That is more my speed. :)
