Is this taking into consideration just how bad the Distaff division is? Possibles for the race are; Balance, Indian Vale, Miss Shop, Mo Cuishle, and Unbridled Belle.

Same with me and Fabulous Strike in the Vosburgh.

It's a semantics discussion.

I understand the criticisms of Fabulous Strike, and don't even necessarily disagree, but to me, it is impossible to have an informed and definitive opinion over a day before the race is even drawn. At least as far as potential contenders are concerned.

Are we all allowed to use both sides of our mouths or only u Master?

Balance and Indian Vale, and even Unbridled Belle, are considerably better than the field for the Ruffian. I suppose Ginger Punch can win but I have certainly been looking forward to a reasonable spot to bet against her. As things stand now this looks like it. But, you never know.

Obviously she's a horse who has built a reputation that I don't think is justified. Maybe when I look at the pps I will feel differently.

Haven't seen a backslide like that since Michael Jackson moonwalked during the Motown 25 celebration show.:D

I would like to say that I totally agree with u on Ginger Punch. I've been waiting and waiting for the bubble to burst on this one.

Your constant use of the term " master " is as lame as if I constantly called you stupid. It's beneath you...and you know it.

Once again, while I understand the similarities, I think they are two different situations. I am looking to beat a strong favorite who I think is overrated based on names of races and not actual performances.

Sorry that in an effort to defend yourself you can't see the difference between what I said earlier and my thinking a vulnerable odds-on favorite makes for " a good betting race. "

I don't need PPs to know I'll be playing Unbridled Belle. Otherwise she might eat me.

I'm going to wait until Purina posts her picks before I decide.

Andy-

Will you be doing a youbet show for this weekend? I always enjoy them . . .

Yes, but since the big races aren't until Sunday we are filming tomorrow night and it won't be up until around noon on Saturday. I'll still try to talk a little about Saturday but I'm going to focus on Belmont Sunday.

Perfect Drift is a warrior. He runs his guts out every time the gate opens. One has to respect that trait.
