The 10% bonus on winning bets at 5Dimes was and is superior to Pinnacle's 7% rebate. For that matter, Bookmaker (formerly CRIS) has an 8% rebate on exotics, and it includes the NYRA tracks.
However, I don't think either book lets you bet as late as Pinnacle did.
