All set for my invasion of Saratoga... Final choices for eats and entertainment were

8/23- Hatties
8-24 - Lunch at Carolina Barbecue
8-25 - Travers and 3rd Row Toby Keith!!!
8-26 - Springwater Bistro

I'll need a vacation from my vacation.. I'm a bit disappointed in the Travers field though. At one point I thought I may be witness to one for the ages..

I get to experience my first vastly over priced meal at Siro's the night before Travers. :D

Just drink a lot of the $27 drinks and it all tastes good.

Lucky for me I only have a one drink tolerance...two on my really good days. :D

I had the rack of lamb and frois gras appetizer, which were pretty decent, but not for the bill. :eek: Great bottle of wine though.

Went to Hatties on Thursday.. Huge wait, SLOW service.. Food was spectacular!!! I would put up with the negatives every day

I'm a Stadium Cafe girl myself. Great food and sportsbar atmosphere and real racetrackers hanging out.

We were there a few weeks ago and service was slow. The fried chicken was perfect. I liked the chicken so much that I almost ate the bones! We always eat there one night during our annual trek to Saratoga.
