yeah...feel great. Hamstrings get a little tight now and then...but I just try to keep stretching. Hit 50 balls the other day to try and really put some strain on the back. Felt great while hitting them and more importantly, felt great the next morning. GPK is gonna sneak up on them one tournament this summer...the boys ain't gonna know what hit 'em:D

Are you sure these were DOCTORS!?

If they have a hammer with "novacain" written on it you need to seek an immediate change.

Here's a good pose for stretching the hamstrings. Really, it is. Get your filthy minds out of the gutter, people!

I think you speak of TwoMinutesToToasts..."physicians".

But I have to admit I laughed heartily at your post.

Hey, totally off-topic, but any ideas on where one can actually purchase the DRF around here or do I need to download the PPs off the web and squint at the screen tomorrow night? :)

Good luck finding a place... if I buy the print copy, I go down to the Jai-Alai (which is on the opposite end of town from you.) They sell it there at the information desk... I'll try and grab one tomorrow, but that's not helping your cause any.

Ah well; I'll tell myself I'm saving a tree while I squint at the screen. :)
