What I see is pretty much obvious. You can see a horsey and a human in playful bonding. The horsey has responded to the loving touch of the human by leaning lovingly towards the kind hand...as if to say "I like this....more!" And the human mirrors the same pose back to the horsey.Maybe unintentionally....maybe tilting in apprehension....or playful mocking.
