America's offense?

I was always thinking 2012, but they turned into bad boys and went 18-8 in April followed up by a winning May too. They got me excited. Losing America's DH finally caught up to them and destroyed them. He's on rehab finally but it's way, way too late. they can't hit anyone right now, but going against Verlander who is probably best in AL right now just was a silly matchup.

clyde 06-15-2011 09:44 PM

AMERICA'S TEAM

horseofcourse 06-16-2011 12:16 AM

i'm not buying it. It buys them another day in first place though! Vintage exhausto performance. 103 pitches through 5. It once again proved that if they can get to the 6th with a lead, they do have a bullpen that works.

clyde 06-16-2011 12:29 AM

phooey on you

horseofcourse 06-17-2011 02:33 PM

Yuck. We get the Pirates now who are playing great. Should be more of the same all weekend.

clyde 06-17-2011 02:52 PM

Oh poo.

horseofcourse 06-17-2011 06:20 PM

America's DH is back clyde, maybe that will be the impetus for 15 straight! We do have our 3 best starters this weekend as exhausto and Talbots will be invisible thank goodness.

clyde 06-17-2011 06:28 PM

!!

NO!

WHOA!

TheSpyder 06-17-2011 06:42 PM

Wow, 39,000 to see American's team last night. That's nice! How many were waving turrible towels? Wait, am I mixed up on my sports?

clyde 06-18-2011 05:38 PM

horseofcourse 06-18-2011 09:05 PM

Carrasco actually gave up a run tonight?? What is going on here?? And Urns went over the Mendoza line too?? America's DH affects everything... even sitting on the bench.

clyde 06-18-2011 09:11 PM

!!!!

Send Carrasco back down for more seasoning...ridiculous.

AMERICAS' dh is magical.

And stop saying Urns!!

spit!

clyde 06-19-2011 06:18 PM

..Tribe win 'um again.....squaw Dahlanatah very quiet....me know she no like Tribe.....that's why she is washy clothesy in river squaw.....

horseofcourse 06-20-2011 08:09 AM

How about that Bob Phelps? I can't call a grown man Cord yet. He has to do a lot more than that but that was nice! (sort of like urns has to do a lot more to earn his K back) What pleased me is Chew and Santana went 5 for 8, are they finally going to hit inspired by America's DH?

(before we get too excited, exhausto and Talbots next)

RACIST!

horseofcourse 06-20-2011 03:33 PM

the Indians fired their hitting coach evidently for spending too much time with Cabrera and Hafner and excluding Sizemore, Choo, Santana and the rest from his wisdom. Maybe dahler is the new coach, she has long been concerned about Tribe offense. (choo did get 3 hits after the firing took place)

Thank you...I was getting excited.

Say,wasn't Dopey Phelps one of the original Browns?

Anyhoo...the Tribe should fire the hitting coach.

thud

But the Dahler idea is a good one.

She could help my stroke anytime.

clyde 06-20-2011 04:15 PM

Seriously..she could.

whoa!!

I mean..seriously,hitting coach is the worst job.

Who are they going to hire now?

Ben Broussard?

clyde 06-20-2011 07:34 PM

Exhausto must go.

But certainly not to long relief.

He's weird. completely cruising then 2 outs no one on he falls apart in the 5th. It was a fluke. Tulowitzskis hit was a complete fluke. Should have been out of the inning 4-2 but oh well. High chopper hit the back of 3rd base and shot straight left instead of an easy out.

horseofcourse 06-20-2011 09:50 PM

Bob Phelps and Santana starting to hit. Choo got rbi's too, so all is not lost. New hitting coach is a genius...7 runs and 12 hits.

We need a new pitching coach for Exhausto.

He should have a degree in optometry.

clyde 06-21-2011 12:09 PM

Oh...so Dopey Phelps it is then.

horseofcourse 06-21-2011 12:40 PM

How about Midge Talbots? He's been worse than exhausto this year. Midge is going against the Rockies best starter this year tonight (dahla's first real test as a hitting coach). He may need a Dopey explosion to win it.

horseofcourse 06-21-2011 12:59 PM

Midge got hate mail from a "die hard" spankee fan for hitting A-Rod...Joe Smith posted it on his site...classic stuff! she actually put a stamp on it and mailed it to the Indians.

Hey Talbot,

Any idiot can win a ball game, by hurting the player on a team he's pitching against. To bad that the American League has the D.H. rule, cause I'd love to see you and that spic who hit Mark Teixeira in the back come to the plate to hit.

I know that the balls thrown at the Yankees ? ? is done to put them out of action. However, it didn't work. The Yankees still kicked ass.

Also, tell the interpreter of that Fausto Carmon to tell Carmona, to learn English.

A die hard Yankee fan!
