Only the horses I can't stand defect, it is great luck. First thing tomorrow I expect Zenyatta not to be entered, period because I think she has no shot and will take all the money.....

Even with RR declared for the Classic, it doesn't look like this race will be run in a strong gallop. What QR does or does not do in this race could have a strong bearing on how this race will be run and won.

Damn. . . was hoping they'd spread the no shot money takers out a bit between the Classic and Dirt Mile.

Don't worry, they're still running Pyro in the Pro-Ride Mile.

True, but I have a little more faith in mankind than to expect him to get bet.

If he won the race, would you be disappointed that it was the Classic and not the Cigar Mile?

Course not, but I don't really think he has a prayer here. As Mettee said in the DRF article, he's got a lot to overcome.......I guess it shows confidence in him that he's here, but he's so lightly raced and inexperienced......I'm really not sure why they are doing this. They can't possibly think he can win. I would be the most shocked person in the world.......

Thanks Steve, thats awesome

The Dirt Mile looks very weak now compared to what it looked like earlier, at least when it is 'shown' that way instead of the pre-entries. Maybe I am wrong...

Cannon Shell 11-02-2009 11:45 PM

Why exactly is there a Breeders Cup race that is run at 1 3/4 again?

They were hoping Hacker Craft would get entered...!!!

Personally I'll be getting my first round of bloody mary's during the race, and should still be able to get back to see the finish

No chance I put any money into that thing, even on the "easier" of the two days. It's hard enough to hit a pick 3 on BC day let alone the pick 6. Hell, I've only hit the pick 4 once on BC day as it is and that was with two absolute stone cold singles (Ouija Board and Ghostzapper) and the "all" button in the other two legs.

So Barry Abrams can run a gelding that is still eligible for the N1X condition.

That F & M Turf sucks.
