Loyalty and wagering should go their separate ways magma. The temp will not be 22 with a slop field, wind blowing, and snow flurries.

Im havin a real hard time with this because I really like most of the players on these teams. The Tank of course needs an arsenal in his closet, but we will try and overlook that. Maybe they can trade him to the Bengals.

The 49-0, I believe hooves was having a little fun from Saturday Night live... Da Barz sausage eating, beer guzzling, having a heart attack fans wildly exaggerating Chicago sports teams. Classic skits. So a LOL at hooves. I loved those skits, my friend.

skippy3481 01-24-2007 12:27 AM

Hate to tell but urlacher is not going to decide this game. Dallas clark will flat outrun him. The secondary is the one thats going to be tested. Bears have not seen an O like this and I think they'll fold. Grossman leading a game winning drive for a super bowl... i think not

yes it was a funny time on snl..the real prediction bears 37 dolts 10...take it to the bank my friend..fat boy ..payton is in for a long day of ints and pain our nigerian nightmare OGLYIAE..id gonna be pumped up..when those recievers come accross the middle they get lit up...then picked off...look for jason mckee to have a big game also....

2 Dollar Bill 01-29-2007 08:59 AM

Since we had a weekend without football.... :(

Does ANYONE think we might see the first superbowl go to overtime ?
I have a funny feeling this is going to be a close game, instead of the normal blowout ? The bears running game can keep the colts offense off the field and help shrink the clock . Just hope the game is a good one...since we have to Wait till september.

packerbacker7964 01-29-2007 03:30 PM

Yeah the last team to really air it out against Da Bears were my Packers on New Year's Eve and my boy Favre litt'em up.

Your crazy. Urlacher would DESTORY Dallas Clark in a 40 yard dash. Urlacher was closing in on Bush until he knew he couldn't catch him.....

Take it easy with McKee...I have a feeling that Benson is going to go nuts if he gets like 20 carrys. All in all, I am real excited, especially with the way that Lovie handles things. We are 100% healthy besides Harris and Rex shows up for big games...NOT WORRIED at all

Martin, mark it down, Bears will win this game. They have the persona's of Super Bowl champions, they are acting like Super Bowl Champions, and they feel like Super Bowl Champions.

hell, Grossman is taking this attention like a man and basking in it, it is quite hilarious becuase he is now having fun with it......

Two of those games were in the RCA Dome and the Raven run game hasn't been good for a couple years now. I suspect the quick but undersized Colts will give up at least 140 rush yards this weekend.

For the bears to win i think they will have to play a similar game to the '90 giants against the bills - have the ball for almost 40 minutes of the game.
i think they have a chance maybe 1 or 2 out of 10 , but, karma is on peyton and the colts they will not be denied , after all you will concide that the NFC was down this year and the AFC top 4 seeds would all be favored in this game. I loved the Bears against NO, no one was on them like i told you, but, now that is notthe case all the people that took the saints will be on the bears this week, they may get the cover , but , i just can't see them winnig the game. If your life was on the line who would you rather have with the ball in their hand Peyton or Rex? I think the Bears will play them tough, but, just don't think they will win , I was one of the few on them against NO.
I think the play is to take the units won from CHI and INDY 2 weeks ago and take INDY on the ML - not great value , but, s/b a winner.

For the Bears to win i think they would need 2 def/st touchdowns about a 1or 2 shot out of 10 games -

Pointg5 01-30-2007 07:58 PM

They already played the Super Bowl, Indy beat the Patriots, why are they bothering to play this overhyped pile of dung...

Cannon Shell 01-31-2007 04:25 PM

Indy 31

My prediction is I will eat an entire large pizza myself. I would like to see the Bears win for the city of Chicago and to silence all of the so called experts who say the Colts are a lock.

Here goes...In a low scoring game I will predict Bears 20- Colts 14

Take the Bears and the under.

When Mr. Freeney meets Mr. Grossman, bad things will happen for the black and orange.

Key to game is Indy forcing Bears to start with bad field position. If Indy can get a lead and then turn the dogs loose on Rexy boy, it could get ugly. Indy must also control Devin Hester and not let him make big plays. The Bears must get ahead of Indy and put pressure on Peyton. Field position is more important to Bears. They need some big plays to relieve pressure on Rex. Despite the propaganda from Lovie, Rex only plays well when they protect him and get a lead. He tightens up and forces the ball into bad spots when pressured.
Rex was able to take advantage of one of the worst corners in the league against Saints. No such advantage here.
Both teams have clutch kickers and good punters. Indy's coverage teams were spotty against NE, cant do that against Hester.
Manning will carve up the Bears cover 2 between the 20's but they must score TD's in the red zone. Dallas Clark may have monster game.

Chicago 20

Although I am fully supporting Da Bears on Sunday, I agree with your analysis. Almost all of it, that is... Bears colors are navy blue and orange. :D

But black is more sinister looking

hoovesupsideyourhead 02-02-2007 10:30 AM

well i agree that da bears will have a tough time covering all those targets..but payton is in for the long day..he will get sacked at least 5 times..marvin will get his head handed to him .accros the middle and we strip the ball better than any team..grossmans passer rating is better than paytons in the playoffs..bears win my friend..

skippy3481 02-02-2007 11:57 AM

Hooves come on, peyton wont get sacked 5 times and marvin doesn't run slants across the middle. The only way to beat harrison is to bump him and play him physical at the line. Much as the patriots did. If you outmuscle him, you can shut him down. You won't shut reggie down. And dallas clark vs urlacher, ill take the te every time. The bears are in a for a long day. ON the other side i really hope grossman doesn't suck, ive met him a couple of times, he seems like a genuine guy. Plus he grew up about 15 miles from me.

Colts 35
Bears 17

Hickory Hill Hoff 02-03-2007 10:58 AM

2006 NFL playoff record : 8-2 (with lines) 4-6 (o/u)

SUPER BOWL XLI

COLTS 30 BEARS 16

Fast start for Petyon and the boys and never look back...
Bears defense takes a "back seat" to the Colts "D" and Grossman has the almightly turnovers and it cost him.
Reggie Wayne has a big day and is your MVP...Peyton has a good game and Tony Dungy gets that "big win" he deserves!

In a big game or regular season game, what quarterback would you rather have?
PEYTON MANNING or REX GROSSMAN ???

enuff said!

PeteMugg 02-04-2007 03:39 PM

I'm seeing business as usual with both teams, but Devin Hester could be the difference. Except we might get the Hester that fumbles it away.

Colts by 10.

zippyneedsawin 02-04-2007 05:25 PM

Here's my prediction.. I think the Colts should win.. but I'll take the Bears +7... and I think they win outright anyway... Bears 34 Colts 10

GPK 02-04-2007 05:28 PM

I predict the Bears will score first....:D

stevepopyak 02-04-2007 05:28 PM

Well, that didn't take very long ... Hester.

Crown@club 02-04-2007 05:29 PM

Yea Baby!!!!

GPK 02-04-2007 05:31 PM

I sure hope it does not get ugly early...I wanna see a good game at least.

good luck to everyone and their bets.
