the food at the Parting Glass scares me...it is not good...and the fact that they serve exotic meat scares me more:p Don't get me wrong...I still eat there...but there is usually a price to pay for it:o

I don't know your real name, but it would be "And the first place in this hunter under saddle class goes to "your name" riding Mr. Darcy". LOL.

One of my friend's horses that I always used to show against was named Clint Eastwood. He was a really nice horse too.

Buck Naked is an awesome name for a horse! Haha. I've heard them use with, aboard, and riding at the various different horse shows over the years. Still, any one of those would be hilarious if you named your horse Mr. Darcy!

I'm just wondering what it says about you that you want to name a gelding after your romantic idol. ;)

(Sooooo teasing)

"Exotic?" How can you get more American than a bison burger? Millions of Native Americans can't be wrong!

(Of course, if what they serve is actually buffalo, then that is rather exotic...)

Buck was the horse's name. I was trying to think of something catchy to use as his show name. The barn owner came up with it. It made me giggle so I went with it.

Mr. Darcy is SO my next horse's show name.

I remember when you were getting advice on his name on the ESPN board. Isn't it funny how time flies?

It was 3 years ago that I started posting on ESPN. Geesh... I'm getting old! :D

You should have saw what I ate when I was on a hardcore program for fitness....crazyness! I'm actually pretty lax now, but pizza and donuts never appealed to me.

I used to hate it too...then I realized that it was just the marinara that I didn't really like...I eat it all the time now using either pesto or a ranch dressing/mayo mix...it's great

I would die without red meat! Moose meat & venicine (sp?) is pretty good too, however the moose was better. (one of the luxuries of growing up in NH ;) )

Love pesto, in fact, we are having it tonight on whole wheat pasta. Never tried it on pizza though.

if you try the pesto on pizza buy the low fat kind...it has less oil in it so the pizza doesn't get really greasy...but TRY IT.
