It Tiz Well to miss Breeders' Cup Distaff

It Tiz Well will not run in next Friday’s Breeders’ Cup Distaff, trainer Jerry Hollendorfer confirmed Friday morning.

“She’s just a little tender on her feet out of her last work,” Hollendorfer said. “We decided not to run her in that race.”

It Tiz Well won the Grade 1 Cotillion at Parx Racing last time out, defeating Kentucky Oaks winner Abel Tasman.

Hollendorfer did not have immediate plans for It Tiz Well, but she will remain in training.

“We’re going to back off a little bit and look for a race,” he said.

It Tiz Well has won five races and $1,130,840 from 10 starts. She is owned by Tommy Town Thoroughbreds.

I think the inside was a bit deep today,Prat was probably stuck between a rock and a hard place with that filly.
I think you had a live horse in Paradise Woods.........but the track profile didn't do her any favors.

The connections of Champagne Room had publicly stated that they were definitely going to the lead. Prat didn't want to get in a speed duel with a 25-1 shot.

I ditched Arrogate.

Big time run from Gun Runner. Did all the running.

Despite his previous efforts, hard to put Arrogate into the group of all time greats when he got out kicked by War Story tonight. A disappointing run would be a gross understatement regardless of track. Thought Collected ran great to be second.

So I owe Andy pretty much big time, I used the 1 horse in the Turf with his handicapping video on Youtube and it lead to hitting the pick 4 for a buck. Pretty much saved my summer and fall.
