I don't know you from a can of paint, but I'd imagine too many losses of this caliber would drive ya from the game completely, no matter how much one wins at the windows.

I lost $1650 the Day before the TB Derby and I was seriously contemplating cutting all ties to horse racing. Made close to 5k over the next two days, but even at that point I didn't possess the cajônes to toss $600 on one race over arguably the worst surfaces in the game. Gulfstream's turf course looks like complete **** and their dirt course is well documented as being horrible.

So you had the cajones to blow $1650 on a weekday card at Tampa, but couldn't possibly bet $600 on one race ? :zz:
You still had enough bullets left in the gun to have at it the next day and make a nice hit. :)

You could have at least mentioned the other $240 he bet in that race in doubles, for a total of $840.
