Thanks guys. I really thought the 2 would be on the lead and the 3 would sit the trip the 2 did. Cant really trust Corneilo to be aggrasive though. His best chance to win was to wire though. I cant really complain because if he rides hard early I might not catch the exacta.

i really have to wonder what Edwin Maldonado was thinking there, he outbreaks the field with the 9 and instead of clearing he drags the horse back and wide. Ridiculous ride.

Horrible effort from Bafferts horse. Nothing whatsoever. :zz:

On paper I was figuring there might be a duel between the 1 (as Baffert's almost always have gate speed), the 4 and the 9. I was thinking of looking for a closer, but felt that Maldonado should be able to get the 9 on top.

The Baffert was absolutely nothing, not sure what happened to the 4 and Maldonado had the lead for the taking and pulled his horse back, perfect recipe for a longshot win.
