The pace figures have the 6 with an easy lead, but of course don't take into account the first time starters and Baffert's horse certainly can show speed. Keep in mind that at SA this meet in 5 1/2f dirt races the winner has been no worse than in 3rd at the 1/4 pole. I am going to bet the 6 to win and use Baffert's horse a bit with him (though a little cold on the board for a Baffert). Hope that is helpful. SA 3 $20W 6 $5EXB 2,6 Bel 8 I don't get Byrama, 7f a little short for him. The 8 could surprise at a price and the 5 offers good value here. $20W 8 $10DD 5,8/5,8 |
Luis Saez needs to ask Rosario to give him his jock strap back. What a schooling Rosario just gave him there. :wf

5 1/2's have been great betting races at SA, if you can figure out who is going to be 1,2 or 3 by the 1/4 pole you can narrow down the winner to one of those three. |

SA 4
The 3 and 4 both can win, but both are over bet IMO. The 4 ran a nice race last time but was tiring towards the finish against lesser, doubt she gets much of a free ride on the lead again here and tough to win at 6 1/2 on the lead. The 3 had a nice setup last time but the 7 should get first jump on the 3 and looks capable to me at the price. $20W 7 |

SBL, that is a nice effort for your first time, it is not over yet. I really like your pick here.
SA 6 Interesting that Soi Phet, who has never finished in the money on turf and is taking a suspicious drop, and Husband's Folly, who like Soi Phet appears to be best at more than 1 mile, are taking the money here. Toledo Eddie is also suspect, he has never run anything close to his last and not proven on turf. I love the trainer change to Hollendorfer on the 1 who seems suited to the distance and should get a very nice ground saving trip here. $20W 1 $10DD 1/5,6 |
Thanks guys... I put $10 on him to win.

Try to get out after a day of poor opinions. The 6 is the horse to beat but the 9 interests me. The synthetic form suggests he will be fine on turf, should get a nice trip stalking the 8. $20W 9 $10EXB 6,9 $10DD 9/1,9 |
