Good throw by Sanchez, just a drop by Cotchery
For the record I thought Folk had a zero percent chance of making that kick and that they should have went for it. |

The Jets have played about as bad as a team can play offensively and have given the Ravens multiple chances with dumb penalties. Yet the Ravens are only up 1 point. Looks like the game is going to come down to whoever can make one big play.

If they don't trust Sanchez to play the quarterback position like it's intended then they need to bench him for Brunell.

Shottenheimer still calls plays like Pennington is behind the center. |

They have made absolutely no offensive adjustments at all.
As far as Sanchez goes, I don't know if it's the play calling, but it just seems like he's playing scared. Like he's afraid to make a mistake, instead of putting the team on his back and attempting to make a big play/throw. |
Some catch by Heap.

The Jets might not win more than 5 games. If they can't stop the RHT mush then things could go horribly wrong for them this season.

Ray Lewis would have atleast 4 Super Bowl rings if not for the dynamic duo of Cavanaugh and Kyle "Gutterball" Boller. |

Ouch! Some hit by Lewis.

OMG, are you kidding me?

How can this s.hit not be fixed?

9.5 yards on 4th-and-10 was a pretty funny/fitting way for that game to end.

He made zero attempt to put the ball forward. Unreal. Either he's on the take or mentally retarded.
|
Pretty fitting way to end the game I think. Hard to be too excited about the rest of the season being a fan of either team.
I can't wait to get PG's take when he gets back from Taco Bell. |
I wonder if Rex is going to tell them that they kicked their asses up and down the field.
You know Rex's motto: Play like a Jet. Guess what Rex, They did. |

Cavanaugh was as big a pile of crap offensive coordinator as I've ever seen. |

If they don't hurt Brady next week, it will be along game for everyone in the secondary not named Revis.

Danny "Little F.ucker" Woodhead woulda got the first down.

Ateam twittered me that 15-1 is a lock. Hope he pounded that over 9.5 ;)

All the hype and this POS coach and the Jets are off to a quick 0-2 start.

Flacco has all the tools, ALL OF THEM. Battle tested? He is 20x better then Sanchez. He had a bad game tonight, simple... Now all the sudden he is not battle tested? I guess going into New England in the playoffs and winning is nothing. |
What a shock. A heartbreaking 1-point loss in which you vastly outplay the other team. The Ravens suck balls. But the Jets' offense is fit for a Lifetime channel movie.

Defensively they played well, as far as stopping the Jets strength which is running the ball. The Jets never got a passing game going, whether it was the Ravens D or the ineptness of the Jets offensive, probably a litle of both. But they did keep the Jets to a FG after Flacco fumbled their first play from scrimmage. So they did make some plays. Offensively the Ravens were OK against a very good defensive team. It seemed like they didn't have very good field position often. But they took some chances throwing the ball and made more plays then the Jets. By no means did they look like an offensive juggernaut tonight. Also of course it seemed like every call went their way. Bottom line is that I think the Ravens are a very good team and good teams find to win a game like that tonight (let alone on the road). As far as the Jets go, I still believe (just like on their playoff run) that they could go as far as Sanchez can take them. But offensively they stunk tonight. |
