I'm with you on the split pea, although I do believe it is progresso not campbells that has the best.

I'm fond of Oyster and Artichoke, Shrimp and Crab bisque..but oh come to think of that may never have those again THANKS BP OIL...:(

Guess I'll stick to the split pea, has to have carrots though, lots and lots of carrots.

oh and just simple, plain old tomato soup.

GBBob 05-14-2010 01:23 PM

I need a ruler...I mean ruling on the floor.

Is Chili considered soup?

'Mater soup?

blech

Fish soup sucks,too.

You did hit the button with the split pea. In normal times, the addition of fine carrots and potatos is quite admirable.I think HungryMan makes the best in that category.

But no one will ever know just how good that simple little can of Campbell's split pea tasted.

I guess you had to be there.

And I think split pea has won this soup contest.

Although an Orca is a Killer whale, I think they really don't chew.

And apparently the rules were too simple for me as well, I included soups made at restaurants.

So now I'm stickin with split pea and simple tomato.

Danzig 05-14-2010 06:39 PM

didn't realize it was soup limited to canned. ugh.

in that case, i like campbells chunky soup chicken corn chowder. crackers-captain wafers, on the side. can't stand crackers in the soup.

my miss storm cat 05-14-2010 06:49 PM

Well you are special, but not short bus special. But people will get jealous with the special attention you were showing me. You know some strange people live down here.

I imported a metric f*ckton of these crazy, psychotic, man-eating fish from Asia because a guy told me that if you stew them at the appropriate temperature and consume the broth I was told, that when
I die, on my deathbed, I will receive total consciousness.

So I got that goin' for me, which is nice.

Sorry that a few got out and are now reeking havoc upon the entire aquatic population of the freshwater eastern seaboard, but hey, it's not every day that a guy gets a shot like that.

clyde 05-16-2010 12:32 PM
