This happens a lot on big days. XPRESSBET is pathetic.

OMG...Now this is a twist. XPRESSBET charged me for bets that (I was told AT THE TIME) were unsuccessfully placed (E-3.) They really f'd this up this time.

Betting at Arlington went down twice today. The second time right before the derby. Luckily it came back online with 5 mtp in the derby. You'd think they'd be prepared on racings biggest day.

I have both TS, YOUBET, and NYRAONE.
Learned from past Derbies and BC...ADW's cannot handle traffic.

YouBet and NYRAONE both A-OK yesterday.

Hope TS never merges with YouBet. TS is notorious for jamming up in heavy traffic in my experience with that ADW.

It didn't just not work. When I went to make a bet, it said the bet didn't happen. O.K., MAYBE A HALF HOUR LATER, I tried to meke the same bet, again. It still says the bet couldn't be made. So, IF ONE CAN, THEY MAKE THE BET AT ANOTHER SITE. Then, when XPRESSBET COMES BACK UP, your balance has been reduced. The bets did go through. It's not that big a deal for me. My mom wanted to bet $12 on cows in the Derby. So, I unfortunately had a balance in XPRESSBET. I tried to bet the $12. Didn't work. Tried again....Didn't work. Went and bet it at TVG. Now I found out the bet cost me $36, because XPRESSBET took the bets (while telling me they didn't go through.) It'd be nice if this were addressed by someone on a talk show tomorrow. This was not expensive for me, but I shouldn't have to be punished for what took place. I'm sure some people bet 3k, and only intended to bet 1k. I'm just lucky I wasn't into betting much yesterday. See, this is what happens when Magna refuses to take responsibility for it's problems. It's one thing for you not to have a bet go through. It's quite a different thing to have it go through while you're told it didn't go through. Big difference. MUY MALO

I shouldn't have taken the $50 bribe to come back on that site. Could of easily cost me $300-1k. Steve, can I come on ATR this week? I want to come on when you have JOHNNY D pimping this site. Can tell him exactly what took place. I want to get him on air telling me how they aren't responsible for telling customers their bets haven't been made (when in fact the bets have been made, and the money is taken.) You can't see your balance ("unavailable at this time". ) Not like you have any possible way of knowing you have live bets.
