It is a meaningless bowl game, but the fact that South Florida is only a 6.5 favorite over Northern Illinois seems ridiculous. That looks like easy money to me.
The Big East has been consistently underrated in recent years, and the MAC is....well....the MAC. South Florida has looked good in stretches this season, and I work at NIU and have watched them a few times this year. They suck.

The Big Ten was Pathetic this year, I will be playing Ga Tech and Oregon Heavy, and parlay them with Bama and Florida and Boise St. I like 5 teaming the BCS games.

I think TCU is one of the best plays of bowl season.

I hope Florida State loses by at least 20 points. That would be a great sendoff for Bowden. Its a shame an undeserving FSU gets to play in a New Year's day game. What are your thoughts on Penn St and LSU game.

I sucked at Sam Houston on Texas Champions night. On the bright side I got to talk to Steve Asmussen for a few minutes.

He's very friendly with fans, at least every time I've interacted with him. Of course, if I could zip over to a racetrack and pick up a few 100k in purses and then leave again I'd probably be the life of the party.

I just tied my worst loss total in the past 11 years and we still have 14 1/2 games to go. .
