That's okay. He had nothing left to prove as far as I'm concerned. :)

You had results way before Sporting Life and Racing Post (refreshed both about 37,000 times) so again thanks a lot.

Congrats, onebadbeast.

Absolutely. Too bad it just didn't work out that way...

I didn't see anything early but watching that race is like "Where's Waldo?"

Ive only seen the race once, but it looks like there was a fair bit of scrimmaging early on and he had a rough enough trip on the inside for the first half mile. Him and Getaway both tried to go through on the rail entering the straight but there was always going to be one winner in that battle.. The fact he wasnt able to settle for ages and still had a finishing kick like that was extraordinary..

It's amazing how married my mind (and others here) is to fractions... kinda lost w/out them. Watching races w/out fractions and the different style of racing is very challenging.

I hope he heads our way!

Just awesome.

The racing in Europe is so much nicer to watch. The US could use some non oval racetracks. The way they filmed that is just brilliant.

The horse is just an absolute star. I don't remember anything like him with the exception of Secretariat and maybe the Doctor.

Sounds like he already is getting his winter coat and is not coming to the US. There is nothing here that really could beat him anyway. He would probably just win with Mastercraftsman and the other European running 1-2-3.

Good news is Gio Ponti is likely for the Classic. Good for him. I think he will put in the best US effort.
