Interesting result in the Prix De Opera, Shalanaya wins at 20-1 for The Aga Khan.

Had my $2 on Alpine Rose, who ended up favorite but was blocked repeatedly in the straight and didn't get a run until too late. The winner's rider did the right thing by taking her to the outside.

Anybody have links for the earlier G1s on the card? Our racing TV stations think all we want to do is look at the main event.

You means the one that actually showed it!

I give the connections of STS all the credit for running in this race when it may have not worked out this way a month earlier, he had nothing to prove to many, I was not one of them however and his legacy just went up 10fold because they took the chance.

Sorry to be off topic, but what are the plans for the Aga Khan filly who ran second at Arlington?

Alnadana was in the Sun Chariot (2nd to last).

Sahpresa won, Ghanaati 2nd, I think Spacious was 3rd and Heaven Sent was in there somewhere.

No idea what the plans are for her.

Was the time for the Grand Criterium really 1:19.50? That's flying.
