Gunna get 2k tomorrow if:

Obama takes Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Minnesota, Colorado,

and
McCain wins Indiana

I know the Obama people are REALLY nervous about VA. Trust me on this. We have had someone knock at our door three straight sundays. Back to school night there were two obama tables set up outside.

They know its not in the bag here.

I know he leads up around your area, but McCain still holds leads down here and in other rural areas.

OBA ain't lost a poll there(Virginia) since September. It's a lead that is barely in range for McCain. They were about this wrong in Florida(2004) last time. At least they had polls won by both candidates then though.

What the polls say and what people actually do once they get alone inside the voting booth tomorrow may turn out to be very different things.

Need to break that state up into North Virginia, and East Virginia. I was gunna say North Virginia, and Neck Virginia. West Virginia might have something to say about that.

Mortimer 11-03-2008 08:44 PM

Don't forget....reps. vote tomorrow...then dems. Wednesday.

Well, aren't most people proud of their choice? Why would they say Obama in a poll if they don't want to vote for him? That's a lot of polls that would have to be wrong. Those last 4 polls are all outside the margin of error.

SCUDSBROTHER 11-03-2008 08:49 PM

He's in Manassas Virginia tonite. Where the f is that(your area or theirs?)

I don't live on that side of the state anymore. Im about 4.5 hours from there. He was here in Roanoke a couple weeks ago...and NO, I didn't go. Palin was here recently too, only about 3-4 miles from where I live...and the thought never crossed my mind to go see her either.

No. I'm a beach bum at heart and I miss the ocean a great deal. I moved here because this is where they offered me the job. It was either here or Charlottesville (C'Ville has a much higher cost of living and NO OTB:wf )But this area has grown on me a great deal. The Blue Ridge Mountains are amazingly beautiful...especially this time of the year. I have had offers to transfer back home to Yorktown with the same company I work for, but I have no desire to live back there.
