He seems better with age.

He is better.
But Fischer is not a PG.
At the two position much better.
He is very slow. Very good hands but very slow.
But with Kobe, you dont have to be a true point.

If the Lakers had one of the other PG in the west,
they would be impossible to beat.

Do really think that many balls can go in n' out that many times for the opposing team? Rims look like the same ones they used twenty years ago there.

You do realize they switch sides at halftime, right?

LOL. :D

horseofcourse 06-05-2008 10:56 PM

Did McHale have a good game??

You don't understand this organization, man. Really, they would do anything to win.

You're hilarious. So they tightened the rims on one side before the game, then loosened that one and tightened the other one at halftime?

I really hope you're joking. If not, this is a new low, even for you.

IrishofNDMan 06-05-2008 11:02 PM

I can't wait for my softball game coming up, I'm going to go down with a knee injury, have my teamates carry me to a wheelchair, cry a little bit, then come running onto the field 5 minutes later. The crowd will go nuts!

You're upset. It's OK, dude. Your "class act" just gagged. It happens.

horseofcourse 06-05-2008 11:06 PM

How cool is that to bring back the rims from the old Boston Garden. Was it 90 plus degrees as well in the visiting locker room with the heat on??

I'm not that upset, Lakers will be fine. I just hope ESPN and all other sport shows don't try to make Pierce out to be a hero because he twisted his leg a little and cameback. Most players would get up and keep playing, he thought it would be cool to get a wheelchair. Pretty funny stuff.

horseofcourse 06-05-2008 11:09 PM

And to think, I thought the Cavs lost game one in Boston two series' ago because LeBron played like crap...if I knew shenanigans were involved my whole tone could have been adjusted. They obviously went back to better rims by game 7 that series....so don't fret LA fans.

Coach Pants 06-05-2008 11:10 PM

So much for my prediction.

Oh well I ain't give a fuc|<. Celtics can't win on the road and you know Kobe will steal one in the garden. Allen blew his load tonight. He'll go back to soft bit.ch mode now.

Spoken like a guy who's never played an organized sport in his life.

Kobe sees the game slipping and back to one
on five. This series will be a good one. Phil
might need to bring Kobe in earlier 4th,
he forced it big time.

You think they are above doing something to the rims? There were a ton of shots deep in the cylinder that came flying out. No, I don't think this organization would stop at anything. I'm not saying it cost the Lakers the game. Celts shot huge, and will win if they keep shooting that well. If the Lakers don't get more rebounds, then they are gunna get beat like in 2004. Pothead has the longest arms on the floor. Didn't come to play. Weren't hungry. We will see if they want this, because they didn't tonight.

or like a guy who played 3 sports until he tore his right acl junior year and his left acl senior year. nice try.....

there is still a long way to go. I wouldn't be too comfortable if I were a fan of either team.

Don't worry. Keep deflecting the hurt, eventually something will stick. ;)

can't tell if the picture I tried posting is showing up or not, all I get is an x but it might be my computer. The picture pretty much sums up pierce.

IrishofNDMan 06-05-2008 11:28 PM

alright ateam, a little bet if you are interested. Lakers win the series and you have to put a Lakers picture of my choice as your avatar. Celtics win and I will put a Celtics picture of your choice as my avatar.

Eventhough the Celtics are up 1 game I doubt you will take this wager, and I really don't blame ya.

SCUDSBROTHER 06-05-2008 11:31 PM

If Lamar(pothead) plays like this the rest of the way, then Lakers have no shot. Celts are too big in the paint to have that guy not pulling his weight. They are already at a disadvantage in the paint with the Celts, and if this guy is invisible, then it's going to the Celts.

thats about as good as you get from boston.......... lakers played like a deer cuaght in the headlights. boston had better win sunday or they are done.....kobe will NOT miss that many shot again and at staples center he goes to the line like 20 times a game........all and all it was horrible championship basketball.

Did David Stern give the Lakers game one by TKO overnight, otherwise I think you my want to consider that this year the Celts and Lakers have played 3 times and beaten LA each of the 3. How can you possibly say the Celts are done if they lose a single game....

GBBob 06-06-2008 10:47 AM

Lakers fans and Celtics fans deserve each other in this series..great reading though

alysheba4 06-06-2008 10:48 AM

i am blowing smoke.......but, remember....it boston when kobe gets butchered and hacked they dont call it, he goes to the line 6 times?? in los angeles you accidently brush up against him and he is shooting 2. thats one of the big problems with the n.b.a i.m.o.

Yeah the flesh missing from the chest of PP must have been an illusion....KB simply sucked last night under the pressure of decent team defense. Stop whining and bring a better game otherwise this will be a short final. The refs are the refs as long as San Antonio isn't playing it will even out..
