We are all witnesses

to bricklayers

Mortimer 05-07-2008 01:07 PM

I understand the game was attended by the Free Masons.

They got quite a show.

Down 72-70 LeBron drove for a layup with 3 guys converging on him...(of course he missed but it opened up the lane for an offensive rebound to tie it again.) It is certainly not true that in key parts of the game LeBron is taking every single shot (he took 3 shots in the 4th quarter game 4 in Washington.) Now down 74-72 with 20 seconds left I think if you can get James to penetrate that is the play to run. He did get to the lane for a layup...a difficult one but certainly one he can make. I prefer what happened there than James dribbling for 18 seconds and taking a fade away 3 pointer at the buzzer. The penetration potentially opens up the offensive rebound but it didn't happen that time.

As miserable as he was, things were still happening. They played hard.

Oh let's be fairer:

Bonehead...39 mins......Z 37 mins.

Bonehead 2 of 18....Z 8 of 18 ( are you following this?)

Bonehead 10 turnovers....Z....3

OK?

Cannon Shell 05-07-2008 03:27 PM

Celts were lucky to be in it, Cavs were very bad also

And to be fairer...mention Wally was 5-14...and scored 13 to Bonehead's 12.

And Wally didn't have any turnovers.

Mortimer 05-08-2008 11:45 AM

GUESS THE SCORE FOR TONIGHT.

Closest wins a BrownSugar burial plot.

Mortimer 05-08-2008 11:55 AM

Mortimer 05-08-2008 11:56 AM

Cleveland........92

Boston............89

Mortimer 05-08-2008 11:58 AM

I'm already practicing my "bury me baby!" lines.

:)

Cannon Shell 05-08-2008 03:32 PM

Cavs 145
Celts 143
in 4 ot's

Mortimer 05-08-2008 04:08 PM

I see you smell a big scoring night coming for Pollard and Wallace...aye?

Mortimer 05-08-2008 08:35 PM

Hey..MainCourse...hope yer watchin' this.

The FROZEN ONE keeps firin' away----3-13.

Z is 6-7.

Do you see an imbalance here?

The Black fellow on tv said it right...the Cavs ( other than Z) plan is just to let 'er rip from long range. No offensive strategy at all.

Mortimer 05-08-2008 09:00 PM

ror!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I HATE YOU!

Coach Pants 05-08-2008 09:30 PM

This is really bad.

Mortimer 05-08-2008 09:34 PM

I stopped watching...is The Chosen Bonehead still firing away?

Coach Pants 05-08-2008 09:45 PM

I'm not watching. Just checked the score after The Office.

Mortimer 05-08-2008 10:55 PM

Well bonehead launched 24 shots...twice as many as anyone else, but he should have as he was on fire---hitting 25%.

Someone is missing the idea here.

Mortimer 05-08-2008 11:02 PM

Oh...but only SEVEN to's tonight.

Yet another stellar performance by The FROZEN ONE.

Boston is playing very good defense.
Lebron is basically the only guy that
can make his own shot on the entire
team. Everyone else must be spoonfed.

The Celtics are mobbing the lane
every time Lebron makes a move towards
the bucket. And then quickly moving back out
when he dishes. A very effective zone.
More than a few defensive 3 seconds
that are not being called probably
because they are moving so much.
Its hard for 3 refs to keep up with 5 diff. guys
moving in and out of the lane... some staying
too long.

Sir...please. Enough nonsense...I've seen too much of the last 2 games.

He's throwing up uncontested jumpers that can't hit either side of a barn....he's driven the lane successfully several times, but the rim keeps getting in the way.

The biggest problem is they have always let James have his own King way...he's the guy who does what he wants. When the team knows he's going to continue doing that....and since they have never changed this philosophy....this is what can happen.

Don't give me that same old line everyone else does-----poor LeBron...no one else can shoot on this team.

That's pure bull fucl<.

There once was a time I thought you
had a clue. Clue has left the building.

He gets open jumpers because he can go
to the basket. Who else on this team can
accomplish this?

I have and will continue to agree that he is
a hot and cold jump shooter. He is not Kobe
in this reguard. But he is guy that makes this
team a good team.

Would the Cavs be in the playoffs without
Lebron? Of course not. Dont be a fool.

You're worse than MainCourse.

The issue is Bonehead's continued desire to shoot at all costs...fire at will..even though it would be better if he fired at the hoop.

I am not the technician of the game you claim to be,but I would say what Jim Chones said.....the team shuold have and still should get other assets involved in scoring.....let them have known what it takes to win and lose on their shot....not Boneheads.Everybody says he is so unselfish. Why does he almost every game have twice as many shots as anyone else? There is no strategy to the teams offense.

Since he is triple and double teamed why is he not taking only 8-12 shots and finding other people?

To join your completely off the issue response...

....would they be here without Z?

Of course not... you total workout imbecile.

Mortimer 05-09-2008 08:42 AM

Let me add..it is the irresponsibility of the idol worshiping Amercian public that makes the NBA and other pro sports the debacle it is today.

And makes rhomboid morons like you surface a little too often.....just a little.

Mortimer 05-09-2008 09:38 AM

When you decide to put strange humans upon a pedestal and make them faultless......you then become piglets wallowing in a sty of follow the sow...and believe me she has no idea where she is going.

So go ahead....keep being a witness to total selfishness and call him the savior.

Excuse me if I refuse to join into your group of frequency jammed bats.

Mortimer 05-09-2008 09:42 AM

I guess snot Hossy could be said to have won the guess the score contest.

Bury the man....BrownSugah.

Mortimer 05-09-2008 09:47 AM

I'm talking abut YOU,too, Stevie Welsch.

That's right.

"Say...Stevie....can you give me your 5 throw outs for the derby?"

So STEVIE quickly gives the nincompoop Eight Belles as one of those 5.

So....Stevie..............

.....wud happund!!!!??

Mortimer 05-09-2008 10:13 AM

I noticce the usual suspects ( Dr.Ramsey,Hubie Brown and such) do not post about the NBA when yours truly is waxing eloquent. I will give GardenSnake and MainCourse credit for showing guts if not a complete lack of of trace evidence.

They dare not engage me in a battle of insight.

And ,Frankly.....I can't blame the sissies.

Let's see..without checking I'm going to say Boston is shooting 40% for the 1st 2 games---not sa hot.

Cleveland is about 30%.

Definitely not sa hot.

The FROZEN ONE has taken 42 shots....I'm also going to say, without checking , that is a LOT more than anyone on either team.

He's shooting about 20%..........not sa hot is the understatement of the century.

Can someone see a pattern here?
