Yeah,it's just that it's going on longer than we thought(hi temp,winds,very low humidity.)One of these fires(18,000 acres) was set by a PYRO.They say that some of these people get a sexual thrill from fires.Anybody who has ever been close to a fire knows the intense heat that's anywhere near a fire.Must be a fairly distant relationship they have with these fires.I guess the video of fire is some kind of porn (to them.)

Nope..This is a guy with serious control issues.This is not about money.This is about control.He simply can't admit he is ever wrong,and if you show him exactly where he is wrong,then he resents it.He won't change it(the mistake) if somebody else showed him the mistake.He is the most naturally talented person I have ever seen.He is a natural in front of a camera,and has very good unique natural voice tone(which you must have for popular music singing.) He doesn't have great range or control,but truth is YOU don't have to have it(if your tone is really unique.)See,he can sing a song like the last one he sang(a month ago..lol) called "BED." See,he can beat almost everybody with a song like that,because it's choppy(short notes and great tone is his gold.)See,he wants to sing these other songs that have long notes.He is not good at long notes.He is more stubborn than BUSH(CUBED.)See,it's o.k. (to him) to be out of pitch in one area of a song(that doesn't suit him.)There is no way he can do that professionally.They will sign somebody who is safer(somebody who is not going to sing out of pitch at all.) He is an incredibly picky person about everything except his own pitch mistakes(which he wouldn't make if he sang songs that fit him.)So,this is part of the reason he won't sign the contract.That deep resentment he felt whenever any pitch problems were exposed.The other issue is his English.It's very good,but he always resented that I spoke (in his mind)perfect English.This is my 1st language,and his 3rd...o.k.? See how absurd he is? When we communicated it was often by me speaking on a webcam,and he would type(very rarely speak.)However,he speaks only English to his girlfriend.These are control issues.He can not tolerate ever "having to do something." So,when I told him "he had to sign" the contract he promised to sign......he could not mentally cope with that.The 2 issues I mentioned earlier(pitch problems,English problems) + me telling him "he had to" do this...well it was his breaking point.I don't think his mind would let him do whatever I was telling him he "must do." So,he started lieing to me about when he would sign.He never signed,and I don't think he can.He is that ill.See,I am about the age of his Dad(who he never has met,and is in the U.S.) and it's obvious that he hasn't really been raised yet(by his mom in Turkey).It's not like I am out money I would otherwise have.It's a very risky (small amount ) of money,and it would only bare fruit if he got signed (which actually I think would happen if he ever got out of TURKEY.)It's the lieing...This is the problem.At the moment,he is an unrepentant liar.It's not like he is close to apologizing.He is upset that I know he is a liar.Actually,I have no idea why he is upset.Probably because I wouldn't just blow off the signing of that contract.I don't know if God gives talent to f'd up people,or they get f'd up due to the gifts their talents enable them to get,but he is f'd up,and it's not like I want him to be this way.Here,you can see somethings very wrong. Look at him sing from 0:48-1:04 and 1:47-2:01 in this song.He knows this is as out of pitch as you can get.I told him that,and he knew it.So he left it up.How can any artist leave that up? That's ill.He is almost unable to accept criticism(at all.)I am not a picky person. I mean if ur 5 you know that's out of tune.How could you leave that up.That's illness.There is another song like this,but this is the one that just stands out(you would have to be ill to leave this up.)

See,part of the problem is these comments he gets on these songs.How many told him he sang out of tune? UN F'N BELIEVABLE....That's a big reason he has these problems.Nobody (except me)would criticize him.It's crazy.That's exactly how people get f'd up.They are looking at his looks or something other than his voice in that song.I am always amazed at how they don't tell him he's off pitch...Unreal...This is what he wrote on his myspace a week or 2 ago:

He lists me as producer on 2 of these 4 songs,and he doesn't play any instruments.So,obviously he got the music("the beat" )to 3 of the 4 songs from me.Once somebody starts doing that it's questionable.I mean if you take a beat from somebody,and then list them as producer(which he still has me listed on there) then you can imagine how hard it is to prove who wrote lyrics n' melody.If somebody wants full writing credit (with no hassles) then they need to write their own beat,or prove they bought a beat.He can't do that.Now why do you think I just "gave" him a beat? Well,probably because "at the time" he was talking about splitting the copyright 50/50.That's what people do the week they write with somebody's beat.They feel good.Fact is I knew that wouldn't last.As you can see ,it turned into me paying him for 49% rights.He wrote lyrics and melody.Those are the 2 big copyrightable things.So,we made a deal to divide the rights,and he wouldn't sign.To be honest,most producers wouldn't be talking about this.You know what they would do?They would claim they wrote the lyrics n' melody with him(or claim they wrote it all.)The only reason we didn't write the lyrics n' melody together is because of the same old problem(control problem.)I mean this is the case over n' over.He has only sung famous "hits",and the 4 songs he wrote the lyrics n' melody to.That's it.Everything else just happened to be unacceptable to him.You think myself and others haven't given him good songs? Are you kidding? He comes up with excuses to avoid them.I mean you can always say the words aren't right,or the words "just won't come." He has over 1300 subscribers,and I'D say atleast 10% have probably sent him a song.Just so happens he can't sing a song unless he wrote the melody and lyrics,or it's a famous song.That was true 6 months ago,and true today.He has 4 original songs.He has not written any since he wrote these 4.He wrote them pretty much the same week I gave him the beats,and hasn't written a thing since.As far as signing a contract goes,I probably shouldn't have made him do it.He can't prove he wrote the songs alone,I can prove I gave him the beats.I can prove I paid him for half the rights. Kurds use the mountains in Northern Iraq to hide in,and then make assaults into Southeastern Turkey(against Turks that they see as occupying enemies.)Seems to me,if the Turks really wanted peace there,they could have it by getting the hell out of there.Even if they get what they want(and kill all the Kurd terrorists in those mountains,) I don't see how they expect there won't be more to take their place.A 30% minority in charge is just probably gunna be a big problem that isn't going away.If Kurds are the major populations in Southeastern Turkey,and Northern Iraq,then it's a little difficult for me to see these people as "terrorists." The majority of the 20 million Kurds are in Southeastern Turkey.They are the 70% majority there.So,are the Turks saying to stop fighting and we'll see about giving you independence? No.So,I'm not sure what the alternative is for the Kurds to gain independence in Southeastern Turkey.If the land is occupied 70% by your own people,then I don't consider it terrorism to try to fight whoever is occupying you.Why should we be helping Turkey(like we are) to kill people who are trying to get control of land that their own people occupy.We are helping a 30% minority in their fight against a 70% majority.Why?
