well if it is hester they were talking about.
he runs 4.5 40 which is not slow. he also has some power to go with it.

I believe that the original quote was saying that he was not a slow white guy...before scuds went way off course

Cannon Shell 10-20-2007 10:59 PM

Thanks refs...nice pick up the flag and be wrong call

Cannon Shell 10-20-2007 11:28 PM

nice spot

Cannon Shell 10-20-2007 11:33 PM

Miles has some balls....but LSU is far from a great team.

timmgirvan 10-20-2007 11:35 PM

Game Ball goes to Tuberville for pooching the last kickoff, so that LSU can start from their 42...instead of the 20yd line or deeper!

ddthetide 10-21-2007 06:30 AM

now the SEC west gets Really interesting! nov. 3 Lsu comes to Tuscaloosa, tied with Bama for the lead. loser is out of the west chase.

if you're talking about hesters td, it was the correct call. i saw a td earlier in the day, maybe the psu/ind game, or the fl/ky game, with the same hitting of the pylon/td call by the refs. if they hit the pylon before going out of bounds, these days it's a td. goes right along with all the other candy ass rules that have been made in recent years.

yeah he does.

as for a great team, i don't know that there are any of those this year. osu sure wasn't great yesterday vs the spartans....but top teams win tough ones, that was a hell of a game yesterday. tuberville got hot over jacobs td, and then i thought miles would have a heart attack-i've never seen him that po'd.

Oh REALLY!!!????

The best part of Ohio is the defense.

MSU came in averaging 467 yards...over 200 running and many points.

They left with 185 yards.....28 running...and 3 points on offense.

Marxist-Leninist.

Coach Pants 10-21-2007 10:31 AM

...and despite all that Ohio State only won by seven.

Looks like Michigan is going to smash OSU.

You...sir....show me where in a game with a conference ho...I mean foe...and Team A turns the ball over twice in 56 seconds and the other teams defense takes them back for touchdowns.......and Team A still wins.

They are where there are because of a defense that is the finest in all the land......

...and in all the polls.

Danzig 10-21-2007 11:29 AM

osu turned the ball over twice in less than a minute?! lol
signs of a powerhouse for sure.

Morty if I didn't know any better I'd say you were a pollsmoker.

What was Ohio State ranked last year after the BCS Championship?

Actually I was talking about the fact that there were only 6 men on the line of scrimage which the line judge correctly threw his flag for but was picked up and called no penalty. Replay showed the original flag was correct. Hester is a tough player.

i thought he came out and said seven men were on the line. have no idea, i didn't go back and count.
but i always shake my head when a flag gets picked up. why throw if there isn't a penalty?

hester is good. i enjoy watching him play, no quit in that guy.
