Urge everyone with even $2 in their accounts to put in a ticket... A record shattering pool and now officially a "once in a lifetime opportunity"...

Past $9,000,000 and as wip says, $10MM now likely..

Still time to put in a play..

ArlJim78 07-02-2007 04:29 PM

I may be wrong but I just can't go for this firesale on the 8.
Not even the jockeys want him. Almeida rides when he had been ridden by the likes of Gomez and Pedroza?

The only angle I saw on him, was the drop from straight maiden to statebred.
Tough to include, but with hollywood, you never know.

Calracing isn't working for me.
When the hell is the 3rd race going to start? This delay is hilarious and nerve racking at the same time.

Watch this win out.....I hope it doesn't because I am pissed then....

It was either single there or Glorified, and Glorified numbers are surprisingly low.....

Hindsight I am four deep in that 2nd leg and still alive

Kasept 07-02-2007 05:29 PM

That was a bit of a trap race.. If someone goes early with the 4, than the 3 wins and catches most of us off guard anyway.. Goofy distance 5.5f..

I hate tose pinheads!!!

No less than 4 horses should've been wanting the lead and we get OUTLAW JONES in a waltz???

Come on please...how do the 6, who is always on the lead and the 5 and 8 who are coming out of sprints not near him for the ENTIRE race?

Rupert Pupkin 07-02-2007 06:02 PM

I took a tiny piece of a big ticket. I wasn't even going to play a ticket because I didn't have any singles except for Glorified. I didn't have much opinion on the rest of the races, so it was pointless for me to play. Anyway, a friend of mine was playing a $3,840 ticket. He asked me if I wanted a piece, so I took a $50 piece just for fun. The ticket is still alive. Here is what we have in the next three races:

6th Race: 4, 6, 7, 8
7th Race: 6
8th Race: 3, 4, 5, 11, 14

Even if we hit it, I doubt I will win much. I might make $500 or so. If it hits, I can't take any of the credit. I didn't give them any input on the ticket. I didn't even know they were playing a ticket until after the bet had been made.

Scav 07-02-2007 06:10 PM

I totally overthought this ticket....Totally got sucked into the 4 and 8 in this race...

Good luck to Lava and Rupert

pweizer 07-02-2007 06:13 PM

Go Lava. You look strong from here.

I, like most, am hoping for 5 out of six.

Paul

Kasept 07-02-2007 06:14 PM

Lava and his Dad LIVE through 4.. (And Richi too on a team play...)

3) 3/6/7/8
4) 1/2/4/7
5) 3/4/6
6) 3/4/7/8
7) 5/6/7
8) 3/14

Coach Pants 07-02-2007 06:15 PM

Both tickets at a ridiculous cost prove further that you need a syndicate or an act of god to hit on these days.

PP,

That's been exactly Andy's point and the object of the P6 Syposiums we've done... How difficult it is on short money..

Good luck to Lava and Rupert

I need Glorified and if Glorified wins, it's going to pay very little. Depending on who wins the 8th race, you're probably looking at a payout of anywhere between $7,000 and $25,000. My best case scenario is probably a profit of $350 or so. It could pay more if some huge longshot wins the 8th race, but we don't have any huge longshots in that race.

That land monster? I think he was knocked out in the 6th. Had the 4 singled.
