LMAO

This post is pretty ridiculous. Thanks for the laugh.

oh, and i guess someone forgot to tell ouija board she was never supposed to win again, after those hard-fought but losing battles vs colts. gimmeabreak!!

Maybe Cannon shell can tell ya about this. Filly's are tough to bring back after a hard fight, and loose. maybe you need to train a few, or ride some.

Are you a trainer?

oh, but seriously, senor b may have a point. i mean, look at genuine risk for example...she lost the wood, came in third behind plugged nickel--certainly cost her next out.
oh, wait... she won the derby next out. maybe that tough derby is what cost her the preakness--or was it that the preakness cost her the belmont?

Honestly, I think it just depends on the horse. It's not isolated to fillies. That was what was funny about it... fillies are definitely moodier (:D ) than colts or geldings, but I wouldn't say that they shut down after losses. That's just ridiculous. If that was the case, they would shut down after ANY loss whether they were running against fillies or colts.

no, it's not isolated to fillies. some colts and fillies might learn to lose, but to suggest that if rags was to run and lose in the belmont she would never be the same is ridiculous. or that it would somehow ruin her--she can run 12f, but she can't if the colts are in there?? where is the logic in that?

Time will tell. Hope she does ok, all around. I really don't care what people think or say. I am the one who talked her up in feb, when most had nothing to say other than negatives. so have fun on me all you want. I don't care.

When people look back on one event years ago, and consider these events as equal, I feel sorry for them. These young kids have alot to learn about horse racing.

i wouldn't say that disagreeing with your comments would be having fun on you.

as for your second paragraph, i haven't a clue what you're talking about....and who are the young kids? i'll be 40 july 1!

What you're saying doesn't make any sense, though. What is the difference between running against other fillies and losing and running against colts and losing?

i think rags belonged more than quite a few others who went, but i'm not sure that i would have entered her either. a 20 horse slugfest isn't my idea of fun, or what's best for a horse.

as for the belmont, a whole different race. half the field size, a distance not suited for many--she has the breeding, and seemingly the ability. i can't think of a reason for her not to go.

as for history, and fillies, why this country is so adamantly against running gals vs guys, i don't know. happens quite often elsewhere, without ill effect.
makybe diva anyone?

why, you, you, poser you! lol

keep talking dahoss, i'll listen! or read....

i've ridden--but not a racehorse. guess i need to shut up as well.

oh wait, i have stayed in a holiday inn express....

Why is she any better now? She was among all the lousy fillys in the country, had no chance. I would have prefered to try her against the boys in Cal. not now. Todd has all losers, and the connections are trying their trump card, and may sacrifice further promotions. I am from the old school, and this doesn't add up

Whale away

ah funny, Todd has no ammo left, that's why, open your eyes, and smell the roses. Are you serious?

You don't follow the horses to much do you

Thanks for the visual.

If you're that old, you might as well be free-ballin.

Listen here, you old dried up piece of troll sh.it. You're constantly on here picking a fight with anyone who'll listen. You contribute nothing but conflict and utterly ridiculous opinions to this board. If you feel violated do the rest of us a favor and find another racing forum to troll.

As for picking winners? I let my picks speak for themself.

MisterB 05-22-2007 08:37 PM

Your correct, your pics do speak for themselves, now go back an behave yourselve. I have not attacked you like you have here to me. Be cival for god sakes. Your over reacting to nothing.
