Cajun- Not knowing the specifics of your situation, I can say that getting a divorce is not a mistake. If only my parents had gotten one 10 years ago when things went bad, my entire family would be way better off.

Hey babe, I aint proud of being divorced by the time I was 30, but I can hold my head high, knowing I was a good husband and stepfather and did nothing to compromise the marraige. |
People get married too soon. Men should wait until they are 40 and women 30. 10 years difference is what all marriages need.

My wife's cousin had been dating her current husband since 2002. From 2000 to 2004, there have been lots of marriages in the family. She got the bug to do it just because she saw the fun and everything else that went with it. Heck I want mine back. The day just came and went..(i wished that night lasted forever).
Well she's spoiled. Within 6 months after her wedding, she wants to do other opportunities. She doesn't want her marriage. He is fighting hard, but figuring out she is in her own world. Her mother paid for pretty big size wedding. Add insult to the marriage and to the family I believe, she brought a new guy home for Christmas, a month after the split, and stayed in the same bed at her mothers. |

I am a firm believer in what comes around goes around. Gotta admit, that is no kinda life that guy has now. Feels kinda good doesn't it? Got an ex (boyfriend THANK GOD WE NEVER MARRIED) that is the same way. Cheated on me left and right. Left him when I had proof. He got engaged about six months after we split. I got married about three years later. He still isn't married and very unhappy. Hee hee. Do unto others as you'd have done to you is a nice motto to live by. By the way my hubby is only five years older than me. But we are older than you so his maturity set in before I met him nine years ago. |
Great, fine so your life is headed in the right direction, So let's get back to NAME CALLING the name callers. Blocky bashed Califonia and I invited him to visit. I said he would like all the Democrates and life style of Melrose Blvd in Hollywierd. He popped a gasket and said I was calling him a H o m o. This was not the case. I just suggested his hate for California could be based on a fear of liking the life style of Hollywood. I never called him a name,,,,,, I don't think I did. Sorry for hurting your FEELINGS, Blocky.

It is very scary to know that that there are people out there like this. |
That is exactly why I havn't gotton married yet. I will do it one time and I will be sure it is right the 1st time. I have seen it happen with my friends and it never ends pretty. I did not want that to happen to me. I hear my friends complain about thier "baby momma" drama and I just have to thank myself for not falling into that. I want to ask them, why? Why did you produce a child with someone who has no ambition and will never amount to much. Duh, now they will be forever linked to them. It goes the other way as well. I have dated women w/ kids and I don't think 1 single one of the fathers are worth a crap. It kills me to see a father that considers thier child a burden. They dread every other weekend when they have to take them for a few days. Then they take them and sit em in front of the playstation all weekend to keep them occupied. I want to have a child myself and when I do, I will be there every step of the way, just like my parents were.

He isn't the only one on this board that way. We all just have to learn to play nice and quit the name calling. It isn't nice and it hurts people's feelings. Why this is such a hard concept to grasp for some on this board is beyond me. |

Ya just gotta accept block for what he is a "potstirrer". He likes to get people riled up and be the center of attention. Once ya learn that about him and accept him for what he is, ya can deal with him. Once he learns ya have him figured out, he kinda leaves ya alone. (That and he sees a pic of you and he knows ya aren't fat, he drops that topic. Sarcasim block!:) )

Will all of us "idiots" stare at the computer screen and raise our right hand if we agree... the right hand, right hand, not the left one. |

Block is not the only name caller on this board. He likes to get people all riled up and start drama yes. People need to realize that name calling is hurtful. I agree with what he (Block said) about name calling, but agree that Block does things to egg on that name calling and by starting the name calling sometimes. |

Give me a break. If you post things are wrong, people will call you out on them. Its not personal. |
Block once called me a classless POS, so anything anybody calls him is fine with me...
Can we stop with the soap opera and get onto something important, like why do they have a turf sprint to kick off the late pik 4 tomorrow at Belmont. I have gone on record on the other board, about how much I hate those things, they are completely worthless. It would be a great p4 tomorrow, single Ministers Bid and 3 other Turf races, but why does it have to be a worthless Turf Sprint.... |

Calling someone a Dirty Filthy ***** is not personal? How is what I posted wrong? Was my name not WAY above yours on the ESPN Board Contest results? I didn't name call you yet you did me. Ya just couldn't admit that maybe you were wrong about me. Yet you attack Block and me when we are wrong but when someone calls you on when you are wrong and what do you do? Name call. It was mean and hurtful and I will not associate with people like that. No one should have to. You are just as bad as Block in my opinion but atleast he only called me fat. |

You got bent because you claimed a horse was eased up by a jock and when I posted a link so that everyone could see he was bashed at least 20 times by the whip all the way to wire you act like a little kid. This isn't romper room, we are trying to talk baout hosrse here. You , like Block, want to be able to say anything you choose and then not be called on something you say that is wrong. I think we'd all like that but its not realistic. Do you really think that I care whether or not you like Perfect Drift? I just wanted to dispell the incorrect info that you put out there for those who didnt see the race. Its not a big deal. We all moved on from this yesterday, and it didnt need stirring today. When Block comes back on everyone will be nice to him. Quite frankly I appreciate Block more than someone who comes to have a gossip circle and chat about things other than horses. This is after all a horse racing web site the last time I checked it out. |

I didn't care about the PD race. That is a difference of opinion on our part. We didn't name call each other there. That was just a time when we differ on our opinions. Still had respect for you then. That arguement has nothing to do with why I have no respect left for you because I have realized that you have none for me. I don't respect others who don't give out respect to anyone other than those they are trying to smooze. |

As i said, you just don't have any of the facts straight. The original purchaser of the horse was Mr Sanford Robbins. He is a friend and client who I have bought several for. One is a nice baby working her debut by Freud who is named Freudian Smile. She just had a 3f work in 35 at Belmont and should be really good when she hits the track. What he did with the horse afterwards is none of my business, nor yours. He chose to sell parts of teh horse off to others.Keep trying though!!! |
there once was a man from nantucket whos......... oh nevermind;)
