Not trying to stir it up, I was curious myself...

I knew that was the address. The proof is in the pudding, next time you guys go up there enter from the front stretch, in the direction of ol' Shenandoah Downs hang a Louie at the 4-way stop sign then when you get to Philly's bar look for a Brown Sign on the left or Right hand side of the rode and tell me what it says.

I'm with slotdirt on this one...it's called Charles Town Races & Slots for a reason....and obviously Ranson is very close by. There are a thousand signs that say "Charles Town" & the address of the track is Charles Town by every source. Anyway, like you said...nothin' to get in a p'in contest over.

this bill has been tried before and has failed....it chances of passing are now greatly improved becausde people are scared that PA slots with steal 50% of their revenue. the only plates in wheeling and mountaneer are ohio/pa plates. ive been 2 both wheeling island (dogs) and MTR (horses). wheeling is a dump imo. mtr is okay. whoever mentioned the median age of casino patrons is right.....its gotta be about 65. i go for wv derby day and if im passing through wheeling. if they brought tables in i would definetly attend more.
