Oh my stars and garters, people, can we at least wait until the Dems are actually back in control of Congress before we start complaining about what they're not doing?

Not that I'm necessarily hopeful--after all, they were the ones in control of Congress during Iran-Contra and they *****-footed their way through that one. If ever there was a situation that called for impeachment, it was that one and the Dems blew it.

Happy 20th Anniversary on the Reagan administration illegally selling arms to Iran in order to fund the contras in Nicaragua. Woohoo. Good times.

Genuine Risk,
Despite whatever Nancy P decides, those that elected her are looking at what she was elected to do. Her constituents have spoken.

The margin is clear. The voices have spoken. I sure hope she's listening.

Tee hee. Fair enough. The most political stuff I got while I was gone was trying to decipher the graffitti on walls in Buenos Aires. Ah, the small joys of not speaking the language...

The margin is the empty space in their heads? Which voices(chemically induced)? It'll never happen....not if Pelosi wants to be regarded as a heavyweight Politico!

Timm,
I'm sure that 60% of the folks in San Francisco would take ever so kindly to your assertion that when they cast their ballots, that they were chemiclally induced. Pack your bags, book your flight. They'll meet you at the airport.
Speaking of flying...what are you medicating with lately?

"Dudes with beautiful purses"?
For your information, though it might fall on pathetically deaf ears, not everyone in SF is gay or drugged.
Put down your bottle before you embarass yourself further.

I"m not embarrassed...SF should be though!.....I'm not saying everyones' gay or drugged! I know Willie Bown's OK

Who becomes president & vp if (in some fantasy world) the impeachment/removal of Bush/Cheney was to actually happen?

Never mind. I looked it up myself. In an interesting political twist, Nancy Pelosi would become president were she to pursue and succeed in getting Bush and Cheney impeached...followed by senate removal of the two.

Timm,
I really don't care where you "pull it off", as long as your not in the stall next to me at a Thruway rest area or on public transportation.
