There’s nothing to put together and I’m not apologizing for anyone. You should apologize to the board for that ridiculous signature though.

They didn’t ban him fast enough for you. Who cares? The point is they did it. If you think it was an easy decision, I disagree.

That’s about it.

They’re banning him and losing the probable favorite for the Met Mile in doing so.

I don’t see why it makes a difference when it was done. It was done. I realize not everything is up to your lofty standards but the reality is it took a lot of balls to ban him, regardless of when it was done.

Bullying a 91 year old guy. You should be proud.

I didn’t bully him and he’s not 91.

Like I said, if you’re right about something it’s purely by accident.

And you can’t even really blame the weed on what a colossal moron you are. From what I hear you’ve always been that way. You’ve gotten more vagina like as you’ve gotten older but always been a big dummy.

Alabama Stakes 05-18-2021 08:48 AM

Oh, he’s 94 now. My bad

Not surprising that he has such a good son. They don’t make them like him anymore. Good vibes from the Atlantic Ocean.

And I’m saying it doesn’t matter what they may or may not have done.

Whenever someone hits a game winning home run in the bottom of the 9th, I wonder if these guys like to point out that it would have been more impressive if he hit a home run a couple innings earlier.

Conclusion: the timing of taking action against both Rice & Baffert
on 5/17/2021 can NOT be legitimately viewed as coincidental.

NYRA gets credit for doing something that other jurisdictions should have before.
But a calculation was OBVIOUSLY made here.
They knew they had to discipline Rice, but knew they couldn't do so
if Baffert or any other trainer in similar circumstances had a TC within reach.
NYRA couldn't suspend Rice before Preakness Day and not do anything to Baffert.
THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN NO WAY TO EXPLAIN THAT.
Medina Spirit lost the Preakness.

NYRA jumped on the opportunity to take action.

Yet still, the bettors always come first........unless we don't.

NYRA didn’t suspend Linda Rice.

The NYSGC did. They are not the same.

Baffert and Linda Rice have nothing to do with each other.

100% coincidental with the Rice ruling the culmination of years of investigation(s).

You can Listen to Alan Foreman on today's ATR (9:25-10:10) for further explanation of how these things work.

fair enough, but you believe no one at the NYSGC and NYRA speak to each other.

Got it.

I have no idea if they do. Nor do you.

But I do know that one has nothing to do with the other. Medina Spirit possibly going for a Triple Crown has nothing to do with Linda Rice’s penalty for things she did YEARS ago.

There’s no connection. ZERO

Don’t confuse things with the truth here please.
