Dean Butler, Jesus Castanon, and Bill Troilo .....It was like the 3 stooges met the Wizard of Oz.

SCUDSBROTHER 05-09-2019 07:38 AM

Yea, like you really could forget that, bitch.

Don't think so.

Dahoss 05-09-2019 07:48 AM

I feel bad for your dogs.

Dahoss 05-09-2019 08:31 AM

I just realized the sequence the Subway crazy is talking about was in 2005. 14 years ago?

I can’t stop laughing. I can’t remember what I did 14 minutes ago, but I’m bitter towards him because 14 years ago I lost a pick 3 and he won?

I guess anything to NOT have an intelligent conversation about what actually happened in the Derby.

Dahoss 05-09-2019 08:35 AM

I just looked and I didn’t join this site until 2006.

Hmmmm....

I wonder if Andy Beyer (or anyone else) wants to change their opinion on the DQ after seeing Scuds performance. I know I would.

SCUDSBROTHER 05-09-2019 12:44 PM

"I just looked and I didn’t join this site until 2006.

Hmmmm...."

That's called an assertion.

SCUDSBROTHER 05-09-2019 12:51 PM

"Dude....everyone is laughing at you. You’re a clown."

That's some sort of logical fallacy.

Actually, that's what most of your stuff is right now.

SCUDSBROTHER 05-09-2019 01:15 PM

"I feel bad for your dogs."

Pity based on a false premise.

SCUDSBROTHER 05-09-2019 01:23 PM

"I wonder if Andy Beyer (or anyone else) wants to change their opinion on the DQ after seeing Scuds performance. I know I would."

Combining a false premise with guilt by association.

SCUDSBROTHER 05-09-2019 01:51 PM

"I guess anything to NOT have an intelligent conversation about what actually happened in the Derby."

That's yet another false premise (used to try to produce guilt, or to gain some sort of moral high ground.)

We had that conversation. We disagreed. God forbid. So, you are bringing out all sorts of logical fallacies (ad hominems, mainly) because I said something about one of your many favorite protected pets in the industry, I suppose. You like to attach yourself to those that you appear to think are better than yourself, and better than most "others." Bouncer for your horsey stars, I guess.
Very Corey Lewandowski-ish.

I was wondering how this lunatic would twist the fact he’s dead wrong about this pick 3 nonsense since I wasn’t even a member here in 2005.

I got my answer. :zz:

Dahoss 05-09-2019 02:06 PM

I can’t wait for Scuds next post. Each one is better than the next

I don’t want to add to the conspiracy theory but Steve’s account says he joined in 2006, but the website was create a few years prior to that, so there may be a glitch concerning the join date. Or maybe it was the yahoo group (which I don’t think I ever posted on). Or possibly...Scuds is just way off on this. Just maybe.

Regardless of all of that, this alleged situation happened 14 years ago. I thought my wife was bad at not letting stuff go but she’s got nothing on Scuds. For the record, if my wife asks, I never said that.

While I’m at it, I take issue with the constant reference to sadism. If anything, we are masochists since we continue to bet on horse racing despite the many, many letdowns that we’ve all experienced.

He’s way off on this like everything else. Regardless, for him to think I’m bitter about him hitting a pick 3 and me missing it 14 years ago is batshit crazy. Just like these threads.

Am I bitter at Rudeboyelvis too? Did he hit a pick 3 a dozen years ago too?

And yeah....we’re masochists if anything.

By his own admission, Breyer says that War of Will may have finished fifth and Long Range Toddy and Bodexpress surely were cost a placing. I’m sure Beyer understands that “could they have won” is not the standard needed here.

declansharbor 05-09-2019 08:19 PM

Beyer’s NEVER been wrong about racing related things before, huh Scuds?!

Thanks for the laugh!

Dawgswin 05-10-2019 12:41 PM

It seems a reasonable question to ask, “Why are you so angry?” It’s not exactly clear to me WHO you are angry with either.
