Richard's Boy was across the street at Trifecta/Moody Creek Ranch along with another 75 or so.

Some amazing footage of the work these people did. Risking their own lives to save so many horses. Any chance PETA takes some of this footage for their BS propaganda? Don't think so but they'll be there opening weekend of Saratoga picketing saying how nobody cares for the horses.

Pete had 77 horses there. He lost 5 of them including stakes winner California Diamond.

Beautifully written, perfectly captures what it's all about. “…the true beating heart of this sport - a sport both wonderful and frustrating in equal measure - belongs to the unsung and essentially faceless folks whose names will likely never endure history.” TY D Ross

Here is a new article that says the only horse Pete lost was California Diamond. I guess they found some horses that were missing.

Edit: Now the article has been edited and it says that the Miller barn lost 5 horses. That was what I had originally read.

All but 3 horses now identified: http://www.chrb.ca.gov/press_release...ss_release.pdf
