Why was the 4 declared a nonstarter there? Sure seemed to me that the crewman released the horse when the gate opened and the horse caused his own trouble, not to mention that the bad start was the best thing to happen to the horse as the horse is a speed horse and just would have been another horse fried in that duel.
That was a gift to anyone who got to cash anything on that horse. Absolute joke. |
