Unbelievable, what was illegal conduct yesterday is perfectly legal today. How does this differ from the DQ yesterday?

My head is spinning by the inconsistencies of the Saratoga stewards. :zz:

I'm biased obviously, but that happened right before the wire, not at the 1/16th pole as DeCarlo alleged. Tough to say definitively that cost the 8 the race.

I've been on both sides of their decisions and I think the stewards have done a terrific job this meet so far.

I admit that I am biased as well as I had a win bet on the 8. But, I just don't see how this is any different than yesterday. It is exactly the same kind of move that Juba was taken down for yesterday. I just cannot reconcile those calls and that kind of inconsistency drives me crazy.

I have to take a shot against Palace Malice who is over bet considering the layoff and the distance he has to run here.

Kudos to Rosario watching a bunch of idiots behind him let his horse run free.

Not shockingly, the ridiculously over bet Palace Malice off the board.

Pants II 08-09-2015 05:02 PM

Thank you Javier. Most in that colony wouldn't even try after that start.

First post:

Been reading this website for a few weeks now, been interested in horse racing since March. I just graduated college, really don't have the money to be gambling and have about 1/90th the bankroll that most of you have.

Regardless, despite having 1/180th the knowledge of the game that you all have I stay pretty close to even...

Anyways, I just hit the trifecta in the 8th at Saratoga for $890... easily my biggest win thus far by 550 dollars.

Feels good, man. Keep on keepin' on, fellas.
