Pleasant Home last year. I was down to my last $40 in Vegas and put $20 WP on her, thank you very much....

I also had the squirtle squirt/xtra heat exacta way back when

The best for me was 2003 at Santa Anita, it was my first and only Breeders Cup. No one will ever know what it feels like to have a group of horses run their hearts out like those one's did on Breeders Cup day. It wasnt just the fact that we won 4 of the races , it was seeing all our hard work and effort pay off. It also was one of the few times that I actually bet on our horses and I ended up with about 600.00 just betting WPS. Ill never forget Clare and I almost getting kicked out of the test barn for yelling for Johar and Pleasantly Perfect. What a day!!!

Actually, there's a song by Joe Nichols called "Size Matters." Go listen to it when you get a chance. :D

My worse was Housebuster stumbling out of the gate. If he wins then I hit the pick 6. The best Breeders Cup for me was last year. I had the pick 3 and pick 4. I didn't have Intercontinental on my pick 6 ticket because she didnt get enough votes from our group to be on the ticket, however I did have $300 to win on her to win. She wired the field and I was happy for me but sad to be out of the pick 6 on the 1st leg.

By the way, back on topic:

Fave was 1999. Only one I have been too. I LOVED IT! Met Julie Krone and got her autograph. I only made a few $$$, but my mom hit big in the Classic and took us out to dinner afterwards. Bob Baffert was funny and shouted and waved to my hubby. Saw D. Wayne Lukas a couple of times and he waved to the rowdy bunch I was sitting with. It really was a great day.

I get that alot from people online I guess Im not enough of a horsey lover or fu fu fluffy girl. You have to realize I have been working at the race track riding horses for over 20 years , so I guess that makes me a little harsh , in some ways.
