The stimulus is over. It's effect on the economy is over, and retroactively measurable and done.

So what you're saying, once again, is that you do not have the actual report to post in line with this debate. You mention a CBO report (much like you mention the healthcare bill or the many bills congress ahs introduced to restrict women's rights etc.) and only post opinion pieces or blog posts to defend your position whereas I always go and find and quote the actual documents that do not represent the positions that you take. it is exhausting and foolish to debate with you and I will go back to not doing anymore since your position is always google it or read a newspaper to find why Riot thinks they way she does.
