They should abandon the race. Its bush league what happened. How can you say you're getting a fair race when two horses are eliminated at the gate?

I bet the connectons of the #1 want that 3rd place purse money though. What happens in that event? A non starter for wagering purposes but still eligible for purse money?

Why don't they just give Dominguez every advantage possible? Just give him all of the 1st place purse money for every race.
