I just realized that the world is still here!

Me too.

About 10 minutes before the race a good friend of mine called me. He said goodbye. I said where are you going? He said the world is going to end. I said, it better not end until after the Preakness.

I said the same thing.. I figured if I was gonna go, might as well be while I was doing something I loved.

at about 6:15 eastern time, some dark clouds floated over, the sun was blocked out, the wind become strong and it started to rain.





and then shackleford won the preakness.
