Nope.

I thought Gal In A Ruckus was a John Ward horse, which didn't make sense.

But I'm pretty certain I'm right about the place horses. And I remember the winner having a long, stupid name.

And that was with Frankel training no-less.

That fact was negated by Ed Nahem owning the horse (and playing wannabe trainer--ultimately leading Frankel to dump the horse from his barn).

The great Glenn Wismer trained this Oaks winner ... this was back before every single horse in his entire barn was sired by $5,000 claimer Cozar.

His breeding coup - standing his own stallion that was given to him - ruined his training career.

Try another tough one ....

Typically overbet Lukas horse ... was euthanized after breaking down in the PA Derby.

Name him.

Prince Of Thieves, out of the great broodmare Fall Aspen...I think.

The Indomitable DrugS 03-28-2011 07:09 PM

Correct.

A little easier one ....

Four time Grade 1 winner - she was once beaten only 2 lengths in the Kentucky Derby. She had a little bit of a problem with Riboletta at the end of her career.

Name her.

Excellent Meeting

Correct.

This one is very hard. For some reason - this horse had a bizzare fetish of 9f races at AQU on the main track.

Name him.

I knew that Kentucky Oaks winner had a long, stupid name.

Can't believe I had to look it up. Other dumb names like Gal In A Ruckus and Lucky Lucky Lucky kept clouding my memory.

Going in next week for an MRI. Something must be up.

Correct. By Crusader's Sword .... well named horse.

Here's one that actually won the Wood Memorial with a 116 Beyer - but his trainer passed on the Derby for fear that the crowd would scare him. He didn't lose again until he tried older horses and Skip Away crushed him.

Name this mental midget equine.
