Wow.
This post nearly reaches 'Nascarian' levels of cluelessness.

Jefferson wouldn't recognize this America.

How that can even remotely be construed as a dig at the founding fathers is absolutely beyond me.

i agree. it was improbable. not impossible, but definitely improbable. the nice thing is that we luckily had the people in place at the time who could not only dream big, but put it all into action. certainly no slur by obama to say what he said.

let me guess. You left the republican party because they stopped using it? I say that because as we all know you've been a Republican most of your life.

Yes, when Republican didn't mean confusing the duely elected President of the US with a "regime", when having the lowest taxes in decades weren't falsely touted as "Taxed To Death", when people realized that Medicare was a government-run program, and when candidates for Governor of Alabama didn't answer ridiculous charges that their support for teaching evolution in schools was abhorent with, " That's wrong, I always believed in God and the Bible and Creationism". You know - back when being Republican didn't require wearing a tinfoil hat and divorcing oneself from reality.

Medicare is a Govt. run program? No frikkin way! I didn't know that! Next you'll be telling me that Fannie and Freddy are Govt. run programs too! Sh!t I didn't know that! Do you know who coughs up the $$$ when Fannie and Freddy makes too many loans to people who they know can't make the payments? Me? Sh!t! I didn't know that! We should keep financing this horsesh!t! The Govt. thinks that the problem is that F and F haven't made enough loans to people who can't afford them. We should definitely pay more taxes, so the Govt. has more to wisely spend. You do know that all the money is going to the needy? Right?
